The pump sound pressure levels published here have been updated to an Equivalent Continuous Sound Level (LAeq) to meet the intent of ANSI S1.13-1971, CAGI-PNEUROP S5.1 using four microphone locations.

| ● Owing to the above characteristics,the pneumatic diaphragm pump gradually has emerged into other pumps markets since it is developed in the world,and has occupied a part of them,for example,it has a leading position in ceramics,and broadens its market share in the industries of environmental protection,wastewater treatment,construction,pollution discharge and fine chemical industry.its advantages include: ● 1" DIAPHRAGM PUMP 1:1 RATIO, METALLIC due to using air as its power,it can automatically adjust its flow according to the change of back pressure,and be applicable to high-viscosity liquid.Comparing with the centrifugal pump,the operating point is set up on the basis of water.If the liquid viscosity is high ,it will need auxiliary reducer or variable frequency speed controller,thus must increase cost and the same as the geqr pump. ● The usage of pneumatic diaphragm pump is credible and needs low cost under the flammable circumstances such as the conveyance of fuel,powder and dynamite.There have three reasons.First,there hasn’t spark generation after earth connection.Second,it does not produce heat quantity.Last,the liquid won’t have high temperature because the agitation of the pump is small. ● When the condition of building site is bad such as industrial and mineral wastewater discharge,it has many sewage impurity and the element is complex.As a result,the pipeline is apt to block,and the load of the motor pump is so high that the electric machine generates heat quantity and is liable to damage.But these grains can be passed in diaphragm pump and the flow can be adjusted,and when the pipe is blocked,it automatically stop operation till it becomes unobstructed. ● Besides,the volume of the diaphragm pump is small and is easy to move,having small floor space and simple and economical installation.It can be used as the pump for mobile material. ● In the process of handling with dangerous corrosive material,it can completely separate material from external circumstance. ● Or some raw materials which have no grain and pollution. ● 1" DIAPHRAGM PUMP 1:1 RATIO, METALLIC can be used to conveying some liquid which chemical property is unstable,for example,photosensitive material,flocculant and etc.It is because that the shear stress of the diaphragm pump is low,having small physical effect to material. |
